Sustainability and finances

The proposition for the clinics and schools is very straightforward. UnaMesa will provide free software tools and web services to support their operations in exchange for the organizations' investing in one of their staff. We anticipate the possibility of a cost being associated with the UnaMesa Academy at some point in the future in order to support the following:

• meeting space
• stipends for facilitators
• online support

If/when a fee is charged, we also anticipate that UnaMesa will help organizations fund raise from their constituents - for example, parents of a school district - to support this investment in their teachers.

We strongly believe that the Academy should be self funding in order to ensure its long-term success.
